 Task 1  (A)  I think myself as an actor has learnt so much in the first year of training at the collage but I still think there are area that will need to be work on.  Lets start with my strengths, The first area I want to look at is acting through genres, I think my strong genres for my acting is Comedy because I am very good at understand where the jokes  and comedic timing  are. Like playing Captain Hook for example working with Smee in most of our scene playing off each other, Leading onto my next strength being working and playing off other actors. Not just in Comedy but also in Dramatic plays as well I think I can work and play off well with other actors like when I play Chief Bromden and work with an actor called Callum Gordan who play R.P McMurphy when I did One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest.  Inderpented study Week 1  Subtext Mapping The character I have chosen to Matt.  o Create a subtext map for your character in one key scene. Scene 7 the Meadow  o Divide the scene into beats and write: § What the character says. Matt in this scene is very support and creative as when the rest of the group gives up on the idea to save the stump he is behind Jay in saving the stump. Thinking of ideas until Jay comes up with the idea of starting a protest.   § What the character really means. I think Matt in this scene felt betrayed by Clarke because in the script they seem like best friends and this really break there friendship. I also feel like he sees a little hope in the situation because i think he looks up to Jay a bit as he can keep going on even though Jay has been through a lot  § How they might show this physically (e.g., gestures, posture, facial expressions).
