Monday 4th

Today was our first day back after Halloweens half term, Kelly went into detail on how she imagen every character and what we should look for before letting us rehearsal for the rest of the day. The role I am going for is Geppetto because he is the main character of the show and I've not played a character like his before. I spent the rest of the day going that.

Tuesday 5th

Today was our first round auditions, it was the acting one and i had to do 2 scene one at the very start of the show and the other when i meet Pinocchio for the first time. I did really good put the only note kelly gave me was to get rid of HOOK because he sometime always linger with the roles that I do. I did get a recall and i full sorted it so there was no more Hook when i did it.

Wednesday 6th

Today was a little bit of a weird one. We started the day by doing Abi Disney workshop which was the movement part of our audition's. it was really fun and cool to see what abi did in disney and know all of there secrets. After that we went to go see war horse and it was such a good show i think the best play touring right now. Everyone was crying by the end. Finally some off us went too the tees valley film festival and that was really good. meeting new poeple that one day I could work for was cool.

Thursday 7th

today was our final audition day, our singing audition. My Audition went really well Kelly gave me a hug at the end of it i love everything about it. and the recalls went okay he try to do a song with Pinnocho and we did a good job but we only heard the back track ones. either way i think i got a good shot at Geppetto we just need to wait and see.

Monday 11th

Today was our first Rehearsal day of Pinocchio, I got the role of Geppetto and i am so happy because this will be a great role to play and a new challenge for me. We started by focusing on our ensemble character and we said that there will be 3 different types. The first being a child in toys who like a normal child who happy and well behaved. Our second child will be the professors child from Satisfaction guaranteed and they will be perfect like robots seen as they are made from a manshien and finally for pleasure Island children who will be have miss behaved and naughty. I also sent of all my drama school this week finish my UCAS stuff today which is good. To finish off the day we did some singing with Tom and we song through all of our song with the faires in which is most. We even made him cry.

Tuesday 12th

Today we had inderpendant study in the morning and we did some collage work but after that we had our last rehearsal on our duologs from dear Evan Hanson, Kelly will be grading them next week nut i think me and Scarlet have got this. on the afternoon i stayed back and did some work.

Wednesday 13th

Today We started the day off by working on our characters and mainly on our toys one as we then decide to block toys. It was a lot of fun to block and to probably play Geppetto for the first time was really cool. I was a long but really good and fun day.

Thursday 14th

We started the day off by playing lockers and I went into Tom room to practise some scene with some of my blue cast. They went really well because we started to get some idea of what we could do in them scene. After that we went back into dance studio 2 to learn satisfaction guaranteed whitch again was a really fun song to learn. Ending this week i think we are in a really good peristion to be in.  

Monday 18th

Today we started with some warm ups being a game where you need to pass the bell around without in making any noise. Then the Geppetto's ,blue fairy and stombi went to black box to run over our first scene together when we meet Strombi for the first time. Its went really well and i think we plotted out most of the scene. After that we move onto the afternoon we started pleasure island and for Cast green i will be a rounsterbout which is one of the staff in pleasure Island. I record connor as we only did the start of it but we learn the rest of it this week.

Tuesday 19th

 Today we had our Dear Evan Hansen assessment where we record our work. Me and Scarlet did a really good job i thought we did a very good job and on the afternoon we ran over some lines and I did some scene work with the Pinocchio for my Wednesday show.

Wednesday 20th

Today we started off by running over Toys and polishing some of the moves. we mainly worked on the slow monition bits of the dance and we got pulled out for being one of the best ones. what was good about it was how over the top we where with our big movement and that what they want. After that the make up team came up and showed us all of the make up that Geppetto will be getting and it looks really good . for the rest of the day we carried one with going over some of the dances.

Thursday 21th

Today we ran over some of the singing scene in satisfaction guarantied as Tom wanted to look at it the singing and some of the dance with it too but after that we did a run of cast red show and it went really good there where a few notes here and there but nothing to bad. to finish off the day we fully block pleasure islanded to finish off the day. 

Monday 25th 

Today we started with a warm up by Nathanial and Layal all about being quiet, then we moved straight on with rehearsals, I worked one 2 main thing today, the first being just because its Magic we went through and did some move to the dance. How the dance goes is the little scene before that geppeto is being rude to the blue fairy so she starts to use her magic on him witch leads to a funny dance. After that i worked with layals going throught some lines with her.

Tuesday 26th   

Today we did a full run of Act 1 with my cast to start off with and that was really helpful as i feel fully confident with act 1 now and we ran Act one with red cast. After lunch Tom went thought the ending with us starting to do some of the blocking that goes with it but its not full finished.

Wednesday 27th

Today we started with Charlie and Lola warm up about character development which was really good as we could break down the characters and see the area we could improve on. we then started with a run of Act 2 and After that run there are 2 scene i need to work on and that the satisfaction garriteed and the animale scene. Tom also looked over just because it magic and help us polish up the piece a little which was good because our dance now look really good.

Thursday 28th

Today we started with Tom going throught all the song in the show until about lunch but during that i found out tht i got a role in the feature film which i am very happy about because that was on my list i want to do this year. For the second half of the day we spend going over the final scene's and getting everything packed and ready to be taken to ARC.

Today was my day off this week however i went into collage to sort out relax performace stuff. I organised how everyone on the team was going to document our journey through this process and we are doing it by a book from in chapter which is really cool and easy to follow 

Thursday 5th

Today was our first day in Arc, On the morning we ran over some dance in the space and work on the animal scene whitch no looks really really good. Then on the afternoon i help over to collage to help  move stuff out whitch was really fun until we had to carry the whale for the show from the collage to the ARC. to finish the day off we completed the ending for the show with all of the cast which was really fun . 

Friday 6th

Today we had a really busy day. we did a full run of the show with all of the cast of the show in costume and set it was really good ! we finished with mh cast at the end of Act 1 but we get to do my Cast durning the tech run whitch will be fun.

Monday 9th

Today was our first tech day, we starting the morning by moving into our change rooms for the week and the lads got the upstairs ones which are really nice. then we help move down all the other set pieces and costume. After that artistic solution came in to build our set and i got ask to do a make up call to make sure everything was fitted just right for me whitch was good. To finish the day off we Tech all of Act 1 off the show.

Tuesday 10th

Today was our second Tech day and our opening night, We started with Teching the rest of Act 2 which was good as i feel confident. Then we had a dress run just before the show which went really well and then we had our opening night performances and it went really well nothing went to bad just the jellyfish need some more work but other then that it was okay.

Wednesday 11th

Today was a really long day. our first show was for a small school which where really sweet from red cast then we had to which to my cast so i had an hour to get into Geppetto and get my make up done and get all of the relax performance sorted and it was a good show its a shame that we could not really fill the audience this year we only had 2 groups come but it made them feel a lot better. Then we have the night performance which was pretty much sold out crowed and again it was a really good show nothing went wrong at all.

Thursday 12th

Today was a chilled day as I was town father 1 and roustabout so i took the time to rest my voice for my last 2 shows. both of the show went well but the note we had was the water pistol on pleasere island there were to much of them and that was my fault.

Friday 13th

Today was my Last day as Geppetto and i had 2 sold out shows. The morning show was filled with a primary school and there where such a good crowed really interactive and the morning show went really well. we also had our christmas party today which was nice as it was kinda sad that this show was coming to an end. we then got ready for my final show and it was a good way to send him off even when my wig went flying off.

Saturday 14th

Today was our last 2 shows of My son Pinocchio, both of them went really well and i think it was a good way to send of this show i going to miss it alot as i loved singing the song and just working with everyone its been  a load of fun.
